UC Davis Leadership Challenge Development Program

The UC Davis Leadership Challenge Development Program is based on the work of Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner and their research of 25,000 leaders in public and private sectors. This research identifies the five best practices by leaders who get extraordinary things done in organizations.
